Beatsons Building Supplies is a long-established builder's merchant with a history dating back to 1966. Originally known as Robert Beatson & Son (Builders) Limited, the company was acquired by the Marshall family in 1984 and renamed Beatson’s Building Supplies Limited. The business started in Tillicoultry and has since expanded significantly, moving its head office and a large branch to Alloa in 1990. Over the years, Beatsons has opened multiple branches across Scotland, serving areas like Cumbernauld, Penicuik, Dunfermline, and Stirling. In 2011, they also launched a specialist roofing division, Skyline Roofing, which operates from their Penicuik and Dunfermline depots. The company offers a wide range of building supplies and services, indicated by departments such as Timber, Doors & Sheet Materials, Garden & Landscaping, Tools & Workwear, Building Supplies, Hardware, and Readymix Concrete.
