Diamond Technique Limited is one of the countries leading contractors of diamond drilling, sawing and resin fixing. Our head office based in Leicester, is close to the Midlands motorway network, enabling us to offer a nation-wide service. Diamond Technique Limited was formed in 1989 by its present company Director Andrew Drury. Our first major contract was carrying out a range of diamond drilling and sawing operations on the construction of the Leicester Shires Shopping Centre. Since that first main contract our customer base has increased and now includes major UK construction companies, local authorities, small private companies through to the general public. Our services include :- Drilling Diamond Drilling offers a cost effective way of forming service holes without vibration. We run many different types of core drilling equipment and stock a vast selection of core sizes. Sawing We operate powerful Electric Floor Saws for internal cutting works. This method of cutting is ideally suited for protected environments such as hospitals, food or chemical production facilities or heavily populated area's such as shopping centres or offices. Chasing The Diamond Wall Chasing process is invaluable to electrical and mechanical engineers for the installation of concealed conduit or pipes in either concrete or block work structures. Crunching The Hand Held Hydraulic crunching process is an ideal method for removing reinforced concrete walls, floors and staircases under controlled conditions. Bursting Hydraulic Bursting is one of the safest and easiest ways of removing mass and reinforced concrete walls or floors. Demolition For larger contracts that require specialist internal demolition or even delicate external works we offer a robotic demolition service. Walls and floors of varying thickness can be either crunched or broken out with the minimum of disruption. Additional Services Resin / Mechanical Fixings Diamond Technique can supply and install almost any type of mechanical or resin fixing you require. Whether it be 6mm mechanical fixing bolts, starter bar installations for joining old concrete to new or 50mm threaded rods for machine retaining bolts, we can offer a fast and competitive installation to your site specifications. If you have your own anchors that are specific to your industry, we can also offer a drill and fit service only. Concrete Core Testing Diamond Technique offers a complete concrete testing service. We can provide you with laboratory reports detailing anything from compressive strength, chemical contamination, to Chloride, Sulphate and Sodium contents. Additional Services and Technical Advice We often find that we have to adapt the conditions we encounter on site. As no two construction sites are the same it is therefore a fact that no two concrete cutting jobs are the same. To help the client Diamond Technique can for an additional cost offer a Scaffold Service, Skips or Grab Lorry, Crane Hire, Bobcat/Mini Digger and power supplies via large generators. Included in all cutting services is 110 volt generators, dust and waste water control equipment and most importantly technical advice method statements, risk assessments and COSHH details.
