Maintenance Our Immediate Response team provides call-out engineers to resolve maintenance issues such as boiler breakdowns, faulty heating systems, water leaks, plumbing and electrical problems, as well as small works services such as tiling, painting, moving electrical sockets or installing electrical appliances. All work is based on an hourly rate and covered by our standard guarantee.
