The type of projects we usually undertake range from decorating a hall, stairs and landing for Mrs Jones to carrying out the full decoration of 10 luxury new build houses for a builder or developer. Based in the Wiltshire village of Durrington located two and a half miles northeast of the prehistoric monument of Stonehenge, we operate mainly in the Salisbury area with a full service extending out across Wiltshire and into Hampshire. How We Work Before starting any residential painting and decorating work we will always visit you to have a chat and survey what you have in mind. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of our knowledge that many years' experience has given us and perhaps craft your ideas about what you want, how long it might take and the likely costs. We will talk with you about the style, colours and quality of materials that you are considering. We will survey the room(s), and our quote will consider the electrical fittings, paintwork, sockets, switches and radiators that might be affected. We understand that decoration can be disturbing to you routine and we'll try to work around your schedule and time-scales wherever possible. If you are having other building work done and need painting or decoration work undertaken at the end of the job we will be happy to work alongside or subcontract directly with your builders. Commercial Commercial painting and decoration is a core part of our work load and a key part of our expertise in addition to our work in the retail and office environment, we are always pleased to work in other types of community buildings, such as churches, halls and surgeries. How we work We are happy to undertake both external painting and internal redecoration work. Before starting we will always undertake a site survey and talk with you to understand the commercial pressures you are under and the time-scales you want us to work within. We will always undertake a risk assessment to gain a better understanding of what the project entails and to identify the risks that are presented. With a best practice approach we will identify the safest and most viable method of working and present this to you as a method statement for approval. We always try to be as flexible as possible minimiseing disturbance, often working nights and weekends to ensure contract deadlines are met.
