SD Samuels was formed in 1993, since which time we have shown steady growth by working alongside some of the country's largest main contractors, such as Carillion, Kiers, Mansell, Morgan Ashurst, Willmott Dixon, Withey Contracts, Haymills and many others. We consider ourselves to be among the leading cladding contractors in the country and work with some of the above companies on a supply chain management scheme. Operatives are employed by the company on P.A.Y.E and all are trained and certified to meet most contractors requirements in skill and safety. Over the years we have become accustomed to the more unusual and specialist projects, particularly football and sports stadiums, including Charlton, Chelsea, Ipswich, Tottenham, West Ham & Twickenham. Roofing and Cladding Roofing and Cladding consists of built-up and composite type systems, ranging from the basic single and double skin decorative sheeting through to the more complex bespoke composite panelling, secret fix and standing seam systems, our key suppliers of these products are Corus, Euroclad, Eurobond, Kingspan, Rigidal, Speeddeck and Trimo. Whilst we have vast experience in the above systems we are also experienced in incorporating into the envelope products like Cedar cladding, Louvres, Windows and Doors. Single Ply Membrane Single ply membrane is accountable for over a third of our annual works and offers flexibility and solutions for all roof and even some wall applications. This product is also available in composite form with the membrane being factory bonded pre delivery to site. Whilst we are approved installers of Sarnafil, Flagon, Trocal, Armourplan and Wards Topdek systems, we are now also working with various other cold applied waterproofing systems such as Liquid plastics and Kemper which allows us to offer a complete roof solution. Including installation of rooflights, access hatches and mansafe systems. Rainscreen Rainscreen systems are produced using a wide range of materials including; steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, terracotta, fibre cement boarding and granite. We then either mechanically fasten or bond to a support system creating an attractive façade with true clean lines. Suppliers most recently used are AME Euro, CGL, Eurofox, James & Taylor, Bailey and Interlink. Stadia & Leisure In view of our company’s personal interests in sporting activities and venues, we have endeavoured to develop our portfolio in this sector and have successfully built, with complex areas of design, various high profile stadia.
