Like many installation companies it all started fitting kitchens for the big retailers, but seeing all the pitfalls and issues consumers experience all too frequently when using these companies, Philip wanted something better for his customers so TKO Kitchens was born. Our journey Wanting to provide a fantastic service from the initial survey, design & professional installation. TKO Kitchens wanted to fill a gap in the local market for consumers to get a fully in-house service where service levels would be the highest they could possibly be as the process is controlled by one company at all times. Your Journey Follow our simple process ensure a stress free and successful completion of your new kitchen or bathroom project. Step 1: All in the detail Step 1 is all about getting the details right. We will meet with you at your home, understand how you intend to use the space and understand everything that is important to you, take down the dimensions, and together do some initial planning. Step 2: Guide Price Using all the information gathered at our first meeting, we will put together a simple design and calculate a guide price based on the first survey. we will send you a quick video and information pack to explain everything. Step 3: Design Consultation and final quote Taking your ideas forward from our initial meeting, we will meet with you to finesse your thoughts and to create your plans and images if needed. After we have finalised and confirmed everything that you need we will present your final quote and proposal. Step 4: Book in your project start date Once the quote and costings are final, we will finalise any paperwork and send your proposal for you to confirm and sign, then we can get a date in the diary once your deposit has been paid.
